Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every purchase. When you receive your purchase and if it is not to your satisfaction, please Contact Us right away so that we may discuss any problems you may have with your purchase and if we deem it was an error on our part we will be happy to have you return it for a full refund of your purchase price (excluding postage). We will not, however, make refunds on candles that have already been partially or fully burned. If you have a question or concern regarding your purchase upon receipt, the best thing to do is to contact us right away. When you contact us please include a contact number and the best time for us to call.
